These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Scanverity Intelligence (the "Service"), a prediction-market research and analytics service provided by KotIQ OÜ, a private limited company registered in Estonia (registry code 16529665), of Sepapaja tn 6, Tallinn 15551, Estonia ("Scanverity", "we", "us"). By creating an account, running an analysis, or subscribing, you agree to these Terms.

1. What the Service is — and is not

Scanverity Intelligence is a read-only research and analytics tool. It reads public prediction-market data (rules, resolution sources, order books, related markets) and presents evidence-tiered findings about resolution risk, executable pricing, and market relationships.

• No advice. Nothing in the Service is financial, investment, legal, tax, or trading advice, or a recommendation to enter, avoid, size, or exit any position.
• No execution or custody. The Service never places orders, holds funds, accesses wallets, or connects to your exchange or broker accounts.
• No guarantee. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or fitness of any output, how any market will resolve, that any trade is executable, or any profit, uptime, or data availability.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate registration information, keep your credentials secure, and are responsible for activity under your account. You must be legally permitted to use prediction-market research tools in your jurisdiction; the Service is not offered where prohibited. One person or organisation per account unless an API/enterprise plan states otherwise.

3. Plans, subscriptions & billing

• Plans: Explorer (€9.99/month or €99.90/year, excluding VAT), Researcher (€49/month or €490/year, excluding VAT), Professional (€129/month or €1,290/year, excluding VAT), Team (€299/month or €2,990/year, excluding VAT). Annual billing is charged as one payment covering twelve months for the price of ten.
• Each plan carries a daily limit on new analyses and a defined module set. Opening a report you already have, and reading intelligence that is already indexed, do not consume that limit.
• Paid subscriptions are billed monthly in advance through our payment processor (Stripe) and renew automatically until cancelled.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep access until then. You can cancel any time from your billing portal.
• Refunds: monthly fees already charged are non-refundable except where required by law. If we materially fail to provide the Service, contact scanverity@gmail.com.
• We may change prices or plan contents on notice; changes apply from your next renewal.

4. Acceptable use

• Do not resell, redistribute, scrape, or bulk-export the Service's output beyond your own use, or use it to build a competing dataset or service.
• Do not exceed your plan's quota through concurrency, multiple accounts, or automation, or attempt to bypass access controls, quotas, or rate limits.
• Do not probe, attack, or disrupt the Service; do not submit unlawful, infringing, or malicious content.
• Automated access is permitted only via a Data/API plan and within its documented limits.

5. Intellectual property

The Service, its methodology, code, and presentation are owned by Scanverity. Underlying public market facts are not ours. You receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable licence to use the output for your own research. You retain rights to your own inputs.

6. Third-party dependencies

The Service depends on third parties we do not control, including Polymarket and UMA (market and resolution data), blockchain RPC providers, and Stripe (payments). Their availability, accuracy, and terms are their own; outages or changes there may affect the Service.

7. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Scanverity is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, or for trading, resolution, or investment outcomes. Our total aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid us for the Service in the three (3) months before the claim. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law. 8. Changes & termination

We may modify the Service or these Terms; material changes will be posted here with an updated effective date and, for active subscribers, notified by email or by a notice in your workspace. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts of Estonia have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence.
